Today, GRAMMY® nominated multi-platinum chart-topping global superstar The Kid LAROI reups his acclaimed full-length debut album, THE FIRST TIME, with a brand new DELUXE VERSION out now via Columbia Records. Among the new material, he delivers a sequel to the viral fan favorite “NIGHTS LIKE THIS” in the form of the single “NIGHTS LIKE THIS PT 2.” He hinted at the arrival of the latter by dropping a snippet on TikTok, attracting over 2 million views for the preview in advance. On the track, his warm vocals echo through icy synths practically melting the beat as he wrestles with feelings of abandonment, “I still can’t believe you took off from me when you knew I needed you most.” It culminates on the nocturnal chant, “It’s nights like this when I’m too fucked up.”

Speaking to his versatility, LAROI bridges the gap between styles and eras by sampling Player’s “Baby Come Back” on the soulful and spirited “BABY I’M BACK” and PM Dawn’s “Set Adrift on Memory Bliss” during “STICK WITH ME.” Elsewhere, Laroi locks into a hypnotic flow on the previously previewed fan favorite “Pick Sides,” while Lil Yachty elevates “HATRED” with his signature spark. 


THE FIRST TIME initially arrived last November. Since then, it has surpassed over 1 billion global streams and counting. It notably includes an A-list cohort of guests, ranging from Jung Kook, Central Cee, and Future to NBA YoungBoy, d4vd, and BabyDrill. Among numerous standouts, the first iteration of “NIGHTS LIKE THIS” has unassumingly exploded, earning 125 million worldwide streams, and peaking in the Top 50 of the Billboard Hot 100.
